Shipping

We ship worldwide through PostNord. Shipping prices are included for orders over 500 kr within Sweden. International shipping will be an additional cost of 80 kr and included for orders over 900kr.

Pre-made items will be shipped within two days and an expected of 1-3 days delivery time. Allow for about a 4-6 week wait for custom orders until it is ready for delivery. This is due to all your custom bags being made upon request specially for you.

Bags shipped outside of the EU may be subject to duties and taxes applicable to the country of delivery. Customers are solely responsible and liable for any duties or additional fees. We recommend you to contact your local customs office for details and further information. Customs, duties and taxes are non refundable if you choose to return your Iris order.

The items will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Estelle Adelaide cannot be held liable for lost orders related to an incorrect address or incomplete information entered on an order.
